All prices are in rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. The weight of pizzas may vary depending on the toppings combination. The actual product may differ from the image shown. Offers are not valid on New York Hand Tossed, Basic Combos, Pizza Pie Combinations, and Beverages. Taxes extra as applicable. Pizza Wings reserves the right to change offers without prior notice.

Delivery Time Guarantee Policy

19-Minute Delivery Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

1. Valid only on delivery orders placed via the Pizza Wings App, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM, for a delivery distance of up to 2 KM from the store.
2. If delivery exceeds 19 minutes, the guest will receive a voucher equal to the order value, up to a maximum of ₹300, shared within 24 hours on the registered contact number. The voucher is redeemable within 30 days on the App. Maximum Pizza Wings liability is ₹300 per order.
3. Delivery time is counted up to the first barrier point (main gate / building entrance / security gate). Pizza Wings does not penalize its riders for late delivery.
4. Not valid on orders containing 6-in-1 Pizza, Momos, Chicken Wings, or Magic Box, and on bulk orders (more than 3 baked items).
5. Not applicable on festivals, peak days, or unsuitable operating conditions (heavy rain, fog, etc.), which will be announced at the time of order placement.
6. Pizza Wings reserves the right to withdraw or modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Once placed, an online order cannot be modified or cancelled — via the website, app, or by calling the restaurant or call center.
• Order cancellation by the customer is applicable only for Cash on Delivery orders, and only at select stores.
• Order cancellation by the customer will not be chargeable if done within 60 seconds of order placement.
• Order cancellation is not applicable for orders placed via the App or from any other source once the above window has passed.
• Cancellation will not be allowed once the delivery executive has reached the customer's location.
• If an order paid via digital payment is cancelled due to non-availability of the product at the restaurant, the amount will be refunded by the restaurant reversing the transaction. The refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days. Pizza Wings is not responsible for any delay caused by the bank.
